Not a lot of racing! Or riding!

Winter hasn’t even arrived and I find I’ve dropped the number of hours training on the bike, increased the number on the windtrainer and sort alternative exercise options.  While it was always my plan to reduce my cycling come June/July, it’s still important to keep the legs ticking over.  Therefore I’ve come up with some ideas to add variety to and make indoor training a little more enjoyable.  Click on the link below:
