250g butter

1 cup raw sugar

1 tbsp golden syrup

1 tbsp malt


Melt and mix together


Add dry ingredients


3 cups rolled oats

1 cup dried fruit

½ cup peanuts

½ cup sesame seeds

½ cup sunflower seeds

1 cup coconut


Press into a slice tin and bake at 160-170 degrees for 15 to 30 minutes.
