Vicki & OCC intuitively listen to the signs of how much is enough, that less can be better, but so can going hard in training too!

Vicki has led a number of multi day group ride adventures & day-long group rides.
Vicki recently won Overall, Sprint & QOM jerseys at the 2020 5 Passes Tour after being able to reach this multi-day tour in top form.
I was always a social rider prior to being coached and entered things more to be part of an event rather than race . I still do that but really enjoy racing and pushing myself
